Fleurons du calendrier cycliste féminin auvergnat, le Tour du Pays d'Ambert et le Tour du Pays d'Arlanc constituaient un rendez-vous très prisé par les meilleures cyclistes françaises. Ce week-end organisé par le VC Ambertois s'est disputé de 1991 à 1998, un article y sera consacré.
